Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the vineyardtags.uk website and any hosting, email, domain or related services we provide.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Site or our services to:

  • Break any UK law or regulation;
  • Infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights;
  • Send spam, unsolicited marketing or content in breach of PECR or UK GDPR;
  • Host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content;
  • Host illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful or discriminatory content;
  • Host adult content, gambling content, or content harmful to minors;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our infrastructure;
  • Interfere with the performance of our services or other users;
  • Use excessive resources that impact other users on shared infrastructure.

2. Email Use

You must not use any email service we provide for bulk unsolicited email, mailing-list abuse or phishing.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and take action including: warning, content removal, suspension or termination of service, and reporting to law enforcement. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to immediate termination without refund.

4. Reporting Abuse

Suspected breaches can be reported to james.mcfarlane@vineyardtags.uk.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated AUP.
